US SOLDIERS participating in the Cooperation Afloat and Readiness Training (Carat) 2007 will help the Department of Education (Deped) in the conduct of "Balik Eskwela" program in Zamboanga City.
The Balik Eskwela is a yearly program of Deped, usually implemented before the month of June, in readying school facilities for use in the coming school year.
