AN ELECTION official doubts if they could realize in pilot testing the conduct of an automated elections in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (Armm) this year.
Sulu provincial election supervisor Vidzfar Juli said they don't have enough time to conduct information and education campaign to the voters in the region about the new system of the election.
