A 36-YEAR-old travel and tours executive was held up and robbed of P70,000 in Pagadian City, the police said Thursday.
The Zamboanga del Sur Police Office (ZSPO) reported that the incident took place around 3:40 p.m. Monday at the corner of R.T. Lim and Sagun Streets, Pagadian City.
The victim, Juana Imbing, branch manager of Wit Travel and Tours, was returning to her office when two unidentified knife-wielding man blocked her and announced the heist.
After forcibly taking the bag containing P70,000, the suspects boarded a motorcycle that has no registered plate number.
The police learned that the victim had just collected the money from Emcotech, a private school that represents payments for transportation expenses made by the teachers of the school during their field trip to Cebu City. (BPG)
