Ridge of North Pacific High Pressure Area (HPA) extending across Northern Luzon. Easterly wave affecting the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao.

The eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over Central and Eastern Mindanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the east will prevail over Bicol region and the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east and southeast will prevail with slight to moderate seas.
