Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) extending across Northern Luzon. Moderate to strong southwesterly surface windflow prevailing over the western sections of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Central and Northern Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over the western sections of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao with moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, light to moderate winds coming from the southwest and southeast will prevail over the rest of the country and the coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate except during thunderstorms.
