Ang giingong NPA giingong nangilkil og kwarta ingon man butang.
"I have ordered the pursuit operation to hunt these extortionists who burdened the people in the area for so long. I appeal to every Filipino to help us by reporting presence of armed rebels and also to convince our brothers to lay their arms and surrender", matud ni Brigadier General Romeo L. Gapuz, commander sa 403rd Infantry "Peacemaker" Brigade.
"This maybe an operational success but we will be happier if these NPAs had surrendered. Loss of lives is the least that we will wish to happen. Your soldiers are here to serve but sometimes it is inevitable that other lives must be taken for the sake of more people," dugang ni General Victor A. Felix, commander sa 4ID.
"More lives will be lost, more will be destroyed, less will be developed and peace will remain a dream if this conflict will continue. So we appeal to the NPAs to surrender and if they really love the very people they said they are serving they should refrain from conducting atrocities against the people," butyag usab ni Lieutenant Colonel Eugenio Julio C. Osias IV, kinsa tigpamaba sa 4ID. (Stephanie V. Berganio)
