12-anyos napagan sa pagpusil sa guwardiya sa iro

GWARDIYA nga namusil og iro aksidenteng nakaigo sa usa ka 12-anyos nga batang babaye sa Barangay Jaclupan, dakbayan sa Talisay alas 6:10 kagahapon sa buntag.
Ang biktima nga si Mariel Briones, Grade 1 pupil sa Lipata Elementary School sa lungsod sa Minglanilla ug nagpuyo sa nahisgutang lugar ang samdan sa iyang tu’ong paa human maigo og bala samtang nagduwa kauban sa iyang mga higala.
Sa imbestigasyon ni SPO1 Mikey Espina nasayran nga samtang nag-duty ang guwardiya nga suspek nga si Allan Pontillo, 42, nakakita siya og iro sud sa compound sa Metropolitan Cebu Water District nga iyang gibantayan apan napagan ang bata.
