NAKALINGKAWAS ang duha ka mga higala sa “adopted son” ni Talisay CityMayor Socrates Fernandez human nihukom ang korte nga wa silay kalapasan sa kasong ilegal nga paghupot sa gidiling drugas.
Si Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 8 Judge Macaundas Hadjirasul namahayag sa iyang desisyon nga ang mga ebidensya nga nakuha gikan gikan nilang BenedictGabasa ug Terence Bayani, mga higala ni Joavan Fernandez, “illegally seized” ug “inadmissible.”
