GITUDLO ang beteranong coach nga si Jong Uichico nga maoy mogiya sa Smart Gilas Pilipinas caget team nga planong ipadala sa Smart ngadto sa Fiba Asia Cup qualifying tournament nga giorganisar sa Southeast Asian Basketball Association (Seaba).
Ang cadet squad gilangkuban og mga magduduwa nga nagtinguha pang makasulod sa official line-up sa Smart Gilas national team diin kasamtangang assistant coach si Uichico.
Sa kasamtangan, wala pa ma-finalize ang line-up sa cadet squad.
“I was asked to coach the Smart-Gilas squad composed of cadet players (the qualifier) this July, but it will also depend if Talk ‘N Text will make it [far in the Governors’ Cup] or not,” matod ni Uichico sa interbyu sa TV 5.
