GITAHO sa Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) sa dakbayan sa Davao nga mipagawas sila og P51 milyones sa collective negotiation agreement (CNA) incentives alang sa mga plantilla nga trabahante sa City Hall.
Sa P63,550,000 nga badyet alang sa CNA incentives, kinatibuk-ang P51 milyones ang girilis ngadto sa 2,106 sa 2,633 nga regular nga trabahante sa city hall.
“Since last week, around 80 percent have received their incentives already,” butyag ni HRMO Head Erwin Alparaque sa pakigghinabi uban sa SunStar Davao niadtong Lunes, Marso 20.

“Every fifth year of the Araw ng Dabaw celebration, the City Government hands out an anniversary bonus. The last time, only P3,000 was allocated per plantilla worker but Mayor Sara Duterte Carpio increased it to P5,000 this year. So they will be receiving a total of P30,000 pesos,” tin-aw pa niya.
Sa dihang gipangutana kon asa ang pundo kuhaon, matud ni Alparaque nga ang CNA incentives gikan sa maintenance and operating expenses pinetsahan Enero hangtud Oktubre 2016.
“May savings naman tayo because of the cross-cutting measures we implemented. Under the law and budget circular, tatlo lang kasi ang pwede kunan ng source for the CNA incentives. So aside from the three, we need to have the savings,” pagtin-aw niya.
Apil sa gihatag sa milabay nga semana mao ang P20,032,000 alang sa year end gratuity pay sa 10,016 job orders ug mga personahe nga contract service sa dakbayan.
Matag trabahante dunay madawat nga P2,000 ubos sa Administrative Order 2 series of 2017 nga gilagdaan ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte niadtong Enero.
Ang CNA nga nagsugod upat ka tuig na ang nakalabay molahutay hantud sa tulo ka tuig. Pagka 2019, ang Konseho sa dakbayan mobuhi na sab og sunod nga hugna sa CNA incentives.
