GIPASIDUNGGAN sa lungsod sa Manila si Comedy King Dolphy isip "Diwa ng Lahi" tungod sa iyang kontribusyon sa sining ug kultura sa Pilipinas.
Gawas niini, gihatagan sab si Comedy King og pinakataas nga pasidungog sa lungsod isip 'Patnubay ng Sining at Kalinangan' ug 'Gawad Gatpuno A. Villegas'.
Matud ni Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim, Hunyo 5 pa nga gi-imbitahan nila si Dolphy aron personal niya siyang madawat.
Samtang nagpabilin pa karon sa ospital sa Makati Medical Center si Dolphy.
