AFTER thrilling millions of audiences in 400 cities spanning across 17 countries, world-renowned and critically-acclaimed Japanese performing group Drum Tao is set to transport Cebuanos to an unforgettable artistic universe with itsbreathtaking and stunning performances.
Drum Tao’s Art of Drum is a two-hour extravaganza featuring the superhuman efforts of 16 strong, highly-disciplined and dynamic Japanese Taiko drummers as they create complex rhythms while performing intricate choreography.
Audiences are in for a one-of-a-kind treat, as Drum Tao’s Art of Drum features a performance that perfectly blends the ancient traditions of the Taiko drumming,
mastery of the martial arts, and flawless contemporary choreography.
“This is not only about drums. It is a total entertainment show. It’s full of energy and humor,” says Leonard dela Torre, founder of Establish Events, the company that brought Drum Tao to the Philippines, along with Travelife Magazine.
Dela Torre promises that the show is something that Filipinos haven’t seen before, and that it must be experienced live.
