Barangay Health Workers (BHW) and Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS)of Lubao, Pampanga enjoy a photo opportunity with Mayor Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab during a Women’s Month celebration program sponsored by the Municipal Government at the Bamboo Hub and Eco-Park in Barangay Sta. Catalina, Lubao, Pampanga. The BHW and BNS were treated to a whole-day pampering, including hair-cutting, massage and other services from Pineda-Cayabyab, who vowed to advocate women empowerment if she wins a seat as board member of the Second District of the province.
