Gunmen harass troops; 1 hurt

A CIVILIAN worker was injured when unidentified armed men fired on a group of Filipino soldiers working with civilians on an American-funded road concreting project in Basilan.

Colonel Ricardo Visaya, commander of the Army's 104th Infantry Brigade, said the incident took place around 6:45 a.m. Saturday in the village of Amaloy, Ungkaya Pukan town.
