ZAMBOANGA City Bankers and Financiers Association (ZCBFA) president Ruby Ann Bangalando assured the depositors that the automated teller machines (ATMs) of its member-banks have sufficient cash for the coming holidays.

Bangalando said ZCBFA member-banks have been advised to ensure their respective ATMs are filled up with sufficient cash for Christmas.

She said December 23 will be the last banking day before Christmas Day, while December 27 is the last banking day for the year 2013.

She said regular banking day resumes on January 2, the first day of work for the year 2014.

Bangalando also advised the public to transact early, especially for those needing passbook withdrawals and other bank services.

The ZCBFA has 65 member-banks, to include their respective branches, said Bangalando. (Bong Garcia)
