Businesses urged to render quality service

MAYOR Ma. Isabelle Climaco-Salazar has appealed to owners of business establishments in Zamboanga City to always strive for quality and excellence in their products like food and services to their clients.

Salazar issued the statement in the wake of complaints on social media against certain establishments for alleged violations of sanitary requirements, especially in the food and accommodation.

"We'd like you to know that there are a lot of guests coming over that is why I appeal to and direct all business establishments in our city to always upgrade and maintain the highest quality of your services whether food or accommodation because if you do not it is your businesses that will suffer," Salazar said.

She also appealed to the public or those with issues against business establishments to put their complaints in writing to proper offices and agencies concerned instead of just posting them on social media. (Bong Garcia/SunStar Philippines)
