Customs district office surpasses revenue collection goal

THE Bureau of Customs (BOC)-Zamboanga City District Office has received an award along with five other district offices during the agency's 110th anniversary celebration after surpassing its revenue collection target in 2011.
Zamboanga City District Customs Collector Abubakar Hamad said his office has realized a total revenue collection of P55.1 million, which is higher by P13.6 million compared to its 2011 target collection goal of P41.5 million.

The other five Customs district offices that received the same award were Legaspi City, Cebu City, Davao City, Clark in Pampanga, and Limay, Bataan.
