Army’s 104th Infantry Brigade commander Rolando Joselito Bautistta said the clash broke out around 7:50 a.m. in the village of Baiwas, Sumisip, Basilan.
THE City Government of Zamboanga has allocated an additional P8-million fund to construct a material recovery facility (MRF) and install lighting facilities at the sanitary landfill in Barangay Salaan.
