Drug pusher falls; another charged

A SUSPECTED drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation while another was charged before the City Prosecutor’s Office in Zamboanga City.
Arrested was Marshal Kong, 37, and charged was Brian Ansao, 21, the police said Wednesday.
Kong was arrested in a buy-bust operation around 11:30 p.m. Monday in the village of Tumaga.
Confiscated from Kong’s possession were three small heat-sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu, a cellular phone and a motorcycle.
Meanwhile, the police said Ansao was charged with violation of Sections 5, 11 and 12 of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Ansao was arrested in a buy-bust operation last Friday in one of the hotels along Tomas Claudio Street here.
