SENIOR Superintendent Moises Pagaduan, newly-installed Highway Patrol Group-Zamboanga Peninsula regional director, has ordered his officers and men to intensify the anti-carnapping campaign in their respective area of jurisdiction.
Pagaduan, however, reminded his officers and men to be always courteous while enforcing the Republic Act 4136, otherwise known as the “Land Transportation and Traffic Code.”
He also reminded his officers and men to be alert and vigilant while in the performance of their duties and mission.
Pagaduan’s command covers the provinces of Basilan, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga Sibugay and Zamboanga City.
Pagaduan has replaced on Wednesday vice Senior Superintendent Eduardo Vega as the new commander of the HPG.
Vega was assigned as one of the staff officers of former HPG director Chief Superintendent Leonardo Espina, who is now the director of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).
Pagaduan was previously assigned at the NCRPO before his assignment as the new HPG regional chief.
During his junior years in the service, he was assigned at the Police Regional Office in Davao and Caraga regions.
