Inmate dies at hospital

AN INMATE of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-administered Zamboanga City Reformatory Center (ZCRC) died early Sunday at a hospital in Zamboanga City, a BJMP official said.
ZCRC warden Chief Inspector Julius Arro identified the inmate as Domicino Dela Cruz, who was facing a murder case.
Arro said they rushed Dela Cruz to the Zamboanga City Medical Center after the later complained of short breathing.
However, Arro said the attending physician has declared Dela Cruz dead on arrival.
Further investigation is being conducted to erase doubts surrounding Dela Cruz' death, Arro added. (Bong Garcia)
