Airline office burglarized

AN AIRLINE company lost more than P60,000 in cash and valuables to burglars in Zamboanga City, a police official said Monday.
Police Station 7 commander Chief Inspector Larry Domingo said a total of P63,490 cash and valuables were robbed from the Air Phil Express office at the Zamboanga International Airport.
Domingo said the robbery could have taken place between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. of Sunday and was only discovered when the office personnel reported for work.
Domingo said the suspects gained entry by detaching the jalousie at the back portion of the airline office.
Taken by the suspects were laptop computer worth P49,500, cash box containing P1,990, cash P2,000, and two mobile phones worth P10,000, he said. (Bong Garcia)
