The police said the collision took place around 6:30 p.m. Sunday along Oyan National Highway, Dapitan City.

Guillena, who was driving a motorcycle, was traveling on the opposite direction since he was bound for Pulawan Wharf, Dapitan City, coming from Plaridel, Misamis Occidental.
Obligado, Bael, and Bando, who sustained minor injuries, were passengers of Ruiz, while Bagabuyo was the back rider of Guillena.
All of them were rushed to the Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The police said Ruiz is in hot water since he was driving without license and unregistered tricycle. (Bong Garcia)
