ZAMBOANGA City Mayor Maria Isabelle Climaco-Salazar has awarded certificates of recognition to seven outgoing police station chiefs as a show of gratitude for all their hard work and sacrifices.
The awarding of certificates was held Friday afternoon that was preceded by a meeting of the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) core group on the validation of the updated drug list.
Vice Mayor Cesar Iturralde joined Salazar in the awarding ceremony.
The seven outgoing police officials are Chief Inspector Salvador Galvez, Police Station 1 (PS1); Chief Inspector Ramon Bautista, Jr., PS2; Chief Inspector Elmer Solon, PS4; Chief Inspector Arlan Delumpines, PS5; Chief Inspector Hingming Ladjaali, PS8; Chief Inspector Karib Muharram, PS9; and, Chief Inspector Raymond Sanson, PS10.
“On behalf of the city government, we thank you for all your efforts. You have served your community well and made so much sacrifices,” Salazar said.
She welcomed the incoming police station chiefs and they are as follows: Chief Inspector Joseph Lim, PS1; Senior Inspector Crisanto Yabo, PS2; Chief Inspector Hazel Fernandez, PS4; Supereintendent Mark Azur, PS5; Senior Inspector Daniel Taub, PS8; Senior Inspector Albert Alfaro, PS9; and, Senior Inspector Alvin Gutierrez, PS10.
