Youth council summer league finals set Saturday

THE Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Inter-Barangay Summer League Basketball Tournament 2011 winds up Saturday.
To see action in the finals are four teams that dominated the single round robin Inter-Cluster playoffs. The playoffs were held for three consecutive days from Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at a covered court in Tumaga.

Councilor Joanna Mari Mas, SK federation president, on Friday said teams that will play in Saturday's finals knockout match are that of Baliwasan, Zambowood, Tumaga and Talon-Talon.
Mas said Baliwasan and Zambowood will square off in the first game at 8:30 a.m. for the third place. It will be followed by a championship game to be played between Tumaga and Talon-Talon at 10 a.m.
Meanwhile, Mas said she plans to hold a second conference of the SK basketball league, as she aims to discovered talents from the grassroots level.
