Freemasons hold 2-day golf tournament

SIXTY-TWO golfers, including out-of-towners, have participated in the first day of the two-day Freemasons “Golf for Charity” at the Zamboanga Golf and Country Club, the oldest golf course in the country.
The golf tournament, which kicked off Saturday and ends today, Sunday, is held in line with the celebration of 19th year anniversary of Zamboangan Lodge No. 310.
Tournament Director Raymond Padayhag said the funds that will be raised in the two-day tournament would be used to support the Zamboangan Lodge’ various projects.
The out-of-town participants of the tournament are from the cities of Dipolog and Manila, according to Padayhag.
The format of play of the tournament is Best 18, Padayhag added.
The tournament’s categories are Class A, B, and C, Masons, Seniors, Guests Divisions, and Lowest Gross/Net. (Bong Garcia)
