Bacolod leg Small Basketeers of the Philippines champion St. John's Institute (SJI) will meet Iloilo and Cebu qualifiers starting today until Saturday in Roxas City, Capiz for the Milo BEST Regionals.

The kids from Shopping beat Archrival University of St. La Salle recently for the SBP championship here and will try to reach the Milo BEST national finals.

The Hua Ming boys also took the first finals spot of the Nopsccea elementary boys after beating USLS-IS, 61-54 at Po Hang gym of Bacolod Tay Tung High School last Saturday.

Andrei Philip Lechoncito topscored with 25 points for Coach Joebert Pastias' soaring Baby Blue Falcons who await the winner of Bacolod Tay Tung High School and Tangub Christian Academy in the other semis scheduled this weekend. (HGD)
