PAMPANGA. Porac Mayor Jaime "Jing" V. Capil (first photo) and Angeles City Mayor Carmelo "Pogi'" Lazatin, Jr. (second photo) together with engineers of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Central Luzon met on Friday, January 22, 2021, to discuss the concrete flyover project in Barangay Cutcut along Porac-Angeles Road.
