A JAIL officer was shot to death by an unidentified assailant in Barangay Guinsay, Danao City, at 7:20 a.m. Friday, September 30.
Senior Inspector Alejandro Batobalonos identified the victim as JO2 Celso Montalba, who succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds.
A large pack of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) was recovered from his pocket.
A signage, "BJMP pusher ako, ayaw ko ninyo sunda ikaw sunod," was attached to him. (KAL/SunStar Cebu)
