ProGED program to end on Oct. 25

THE Promotion of Green Economic Development (ProGED), a project jointly implemented by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (represented by the Department of Trade and Industry) and Germany (represented by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development working through the GIZ) will culminate on Oct. 25 at the Marco Polo Hotel, Cebu City.

The closing event of ProGED is a celebration of the project’s achievements as well as a recognition of the important role of various partners in the successful implementation of the project.

Around 200 participants, coming from both the public and private sectors from the project areas, are invited.

The ProGED Project aims to support MSMEs to adopt sustainable and climate resilient initiatives to enhance their competitiveness.

ProGED started in 2013 in the provinces of Cebu and Bohol and now, in 30 provinces in seven regions all over the Philippines. (PR)
