SACRED Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) is seeing action in the Boys Under-14 division of the Pilipinas Cup 2016 at the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga staring tomorrow until Monday.
The SHS-AdC Under-14 team, mentored by Mitsuo Tsunakiri, is composed of Kiann Partosa, Ethan Charles Deller, Hiroshi Iwanaga, Jacob Alexander Braun, Julian Matheu Cabatingan, Jude Ramdel Cuay, Keith Fernandez, Jessie Kent Doctolero, Juan Miguel Galang, Kristofer Osawa, Yoshiki Yamaguchi, Christian Lumapas, Sydney Kamichi, Neillson Villaver, Pio Antiquina and Glenn Lopez.
Cabatingan, Braun and Kamichi are part of the roster of the recent Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. high school football champion SHS-AdC squad.
SHS-AdC is in Group C along with Parañaque City-based Futbol Fanatics, Catanduanes’ Virac FC, Pasig City’s Loyola Meralco Sparks FC and Pampanga’s Soliman FC.
SHS-AdC’s first assignment tomorrow is against Futbol Fanatics at 10 a.m. and then against Soliman FC at 2 p.m. SHS-AdC faces Virac FC on Saturday and then Loyola Meralco Sparks FC on Sunday.
The team is scheduled to leave for Pampanga today.
