FOUR drug personalities in the Summer Capital volunteered to surrender to authorities during the weekend.
First to yield to authorities is flower designer Gilbert Sibayan Guillermo residing in Quezon Hill who surrendered to police assisted by barangay kagawad Sylvia Carolino.
Amado Pagsanjan Manlapaz of Happy Homes, Jerry Roel Cortado Abrera of Andres Bonifacio and George Cesar Lagitaw Del Rosario aka “Anjong”, also from Happy Homes surrendered to authorities on November 6.
The surrenderees signed an undertaking for a change accompanied by their Punong Barangay.
