Tugonon said she's visiting her hometown of Bataan to do a shoot with the NU Muses team.

"DONE. BOOKED. two of our @numuses documentary film crew and I are coming to the Philippines! They thought it'd be great to see my hometown (BATAAN I MISS YOU), how my life is there, our culture and our take on arts!" she wrote in an Instagram post.

Tugonon added what she’s most excited about her return.

"I am excited to eat fishballs in the streets and pandesal and drink fresh buko that doesn't cost $5 each! SEE YOU REALLY REALLY SOON PHILIPPINES!"

Tugonon, the former Miss Universe 2012 first runner-up, is one of the 12 models chosen for NU Muses, an international modeling competition.

She said being part of NU's calendar is one step closer to achieving her dreams of becoming a major player in modeling industry.

"Being in this calendar is a huge opportunity to showcase my beauty and personality, a great exposure for me and hopefully will be the beginning of a long lasting successful career in this field I'm very passionate about."

The former beauty titlist recently posed fully naked for a photo shoot in the Dominican Republic.

When asked what nudity means to her, Tugonon was quoted by NU website: "Nudity for me is ART at its purest form. It is the bare, the untouched and the raw beauty that a woman can showcase and be proud of.

Aside from her NU campaign, Tugonon also appeared in "College Life" advertisement for Victoria's Secret Pink.

She's the first full-blooded Filipina to be part of the famous lingerie line. (Sunnex)
