Albuera Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr. and his son, Kerwin, caught the public's attention after they were named as top drug personalities in Eastern Visayas by no less than President Rodrigo Duterte.
The elder Espinosa was eventually killed inside his cell in Baybay City Jail just one month after he was arrested for illegal possession of firearms. He was killed by police operatives serving a search warrant. Such hullabaloo has indeed caught the public's interest even more.
