Midori exec bullish on Clark potentials

CLARK FREEPORT -- A locator here has underscored what he described as the “inevitable development” in Clark and its surrounding areas in the provinces of Pampanga and Tarlac.

Dr. Irineo Alvaro Jr., president of Midori Clark Hotel and Casino, stated this when he addressed the Filipino Community in a recent gathering of the Circulo Pampangueno in Michigan, USA.

During the event, Alvaro provided updates and information regarding the Philippine business climate particularly in the North of Luzon under the Duterte administration.

According to Alvaro, the "MIDORI" group was the first firm to express high confidence to the rising potentials of Clark and it is the first five star hotel in the region.

"We are certain that given the infrastructure priorities of the new government, it is inevitable that the economic growth trend is towards the north", Alvaro stressed.

The businessman also cited the birth of MEDAL Consortium (MErcado, Del Mundo, Alvaro, Lim), a group committed to change the landscape of the region's real estate development.

"Given the new era of growth, we have decided to venture in building themed residential condominiums and recreational-commercial facilities that will set a benchmark in urban development- The MIREJ Hotel and Luxury Residences @ MEDAL TOWER", Alvaro said.

The MEDAL TOWER- Angeles is set to be the tallest tower in the city and a remarkable innovation of Pampanga skyline, he added. “It is a marvelous urban development that is envisioned to be a wonderful city architectural landmark.”
