AN EIGHT-YEAR-OLD boy believed to be mentally ill was found dead in Tac-an Road, Sitio Dao, Barangay Budlaan, Cebu City, at 6:10 a.m. Thursday, November 24.
The police identified the boy as Luigi Olivar.
Investigation showed the boy was last seen by his neighbors going out of their house in Sitio Banica, Barangay Talamban, at 3 p.m. last Wednesday, November 23.
According to police, a jogger saw the boy slumped inside a fence. The victim has bruises in the back of his body. He has no gunshot or stab wounds.
Investigators believed the boy was a victim of a hit-and-run in other area, adding that the driver possibly threw the body in Budlaan. (KAL/SunStar Cebu)
