P130,000 worth of drugs seized in Negros Oriental

AN ESTIMATED P130,000 worth of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as "shabu," was seized by police operatives in a drug raid at Bacong, Negros Oriental on Tuesday.

The Bacong Municipal Police Station served to Gary Yocor of Barangay Lutao a search warrant issued by Judge Gerardo Paguio Jr. of Regional Trial Court in Dumaguete City.

Police recovered from Yocor are "shabu" with an estimated weight of 13 grams, two more sachets of "shabu," a tin foil, and P1,330 cash.
Yocor is facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. He is detained at the station. (GYM)
