PHILIPPINE National Police (PNP) Chief Ronald Dela Rosa said Monday that one of the alleged suppliers of Eastern Visayas drug lord Kerwin Espinosa surrendered to him.
In the resumption of Senate hearing on the killing of Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa, Dela Rosa revealed that on Monday morning, Lovely Impal Adam surrendered to him.
The younger Espinosa earlier identified Adam as one of his illegal drugs supplier, aside from Jeffrey “Jaguar” Diaz, Cebu's top drug lord who was killed in a police operation in Las Piñas last June.
Dela Rosa is yet to provide the details of Adam’s surrender. (Sunnex)
