THE Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC)-Davap released on Friday, December 23, the list of schedules of the different Board Licensure Examinations, which will be conducted in Davao City in 2017.
PRC-Davap executive officer Lawyer May Suzanne Puentespina-Ciudadano said, in a press statement that the list of schedules will serve as guide for all its clientele in Southern Mindanao.
The commission released the dates of examinations including the opening of online processing and the deadlines for filing of applications.
For January 2017, board examinations for architects are set on January 27 and 29. On February 26 and 27, medical technologists are scheduled to take their exams.
Deadline for filing of applications for “med techs” are on January 27 as online processing opened last November 26, 2016.
March will be the examination month for pharmacists (on March 9 and 10), professional teachers (March 26), midwives (March 29 and 30).
For the month of April, exams scheduled are: electronics engineers board exams (April 2 and 3), electronics technicians (April 4), registered electrical engineers (April 18 and 19), registered master electricians (April 20) and agriculturists (April 25, 26 and 27).
May are for civil engineers (May 7 and 8), certified public accountants (May 14, 15, 21 and 22), and real estate brokers (May 28).
For June, nurses will take their exams on June 4 and 5, environmental planners on June 7 and 8, criminologists on June 11, 12 and 13 and architects on June 23 and 25. Schedules for the rest of the year include real estate appraisers (July 9), master plumbers (July 24 and 25), social workers (July 27 and 28), radiologic technologists and X-ray Technologists (July 30 and 31), veterinarians (August 15, 16, and 17), nutritionists-dietitians (August 20 and 21), agricultural engineers (August 23 and 24), medical technologists (August 26 and 27), pharmacists (August 30 and 31), registered electrical engineers (September 2 and 3), registered master electricians (September 4), respiratory therapists (September 6 and 7), physicians (September 9, 10, 16 and 17), foresters (September 12 and 13), Librarians (September 19 and 20), professional teachers ( September 24), and mechanical engineers and CPM (September 28 and 29).
A total of 13 more board examinations are set for the month of October, November and December.
Certified Public Accountants will take exams on October 7, 8, 14 and 15, metallurgical engineers (October 17, 18 and 19), electronics engineers (October 21 and 22), electronic technicians (October 23), fisheries technologists (October 25 and 26), psychometricians (October 29 and 30), Midwives (November 4 and 5), civil engineers (November 11 and 12), geologists (November 14, 15 and 16), customs brokers (November 22 and 23), nurses (November 25 and 26), agriculturists (November 28, 29 and 30), and criminologists (December 8, 9 and 10). PRC 11 advised the applicant-examinees, in view of the implementation of the Online Application System (OAS0, to encode their personal data using the online application form found under “Data Entry” of the PRC website at www.prc.gov.ph/online/application.
“After encoding, applicants shall proceed to any PRC office for the submission of documentary requirements, processing of application, payment of fees, and the issuance of the Notice of Admission. Only applicants with complete documents shall be processed,” PRC said.
