DECISION. Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II has welcomed President Rodrigo Duterte's decision to retain in his post Immigration chief Jaime Morente, even amid his alleged involvement in the P50-million bribe try by gaming tycoon Jack Lam.

PAHALIK. Around 250,000 devotees of the Black Nazarene remained at the Quirino Grandstand on Monday morning to participate in the traditional "Pahalik" or kissing of the Black Nazarene image, the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) said.
