THE incessant rains that flooded some streets in Cebu province since last week did not prevent devotees from attending novena masses at the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño.
People continue to flock to Basilica's Pilgrim Center since Thursday last week, January 5, where novena masses in honor of Cebu's patron saint are held every day in time for the Fiesta Señor.
