PENSION INCREASE. President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the P1,000 increase in the monthly pension of Social Security System (SSS) members, a Palace spokesperson said Tuesday.
QUAKE. A magnitude 7.2 earthquake rocked Tongkil, Sulu around 2:13 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
ARRESTED. Police arrested a 59-year-old Polish for accompanying a 17-year-old girl in San Remigio, northern Cebu, at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, January 10.
