THE festive mood continues with Cebu’s biggest fiesta just around the corner. Yes, the feast of Señor Sto. Niño is ushered in with a week of merrymaking which will culminate with the grand Sinulog parade on Sunday. However, the religious highlight is the holy procession which takes place on Saturday, starting out at the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño all the way through the city’s main thoroughfares. The Sto. Zee Lifestyle celebrated its 20th anniversary with an Emerald Ball at The Marquee of Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort and Spa. It was a beautiful formal affair with guests dressed to the nines. On the frontline was magazine founder Eva Cudiamat Gullas with her Zee team. Very much around too was Eva’s supportive husband Jiji.

The memorable evening started off with cocktails and went on to a five-course dinner. Cebuano actor-singer Matteo Guidicelli was the evening’s entertainer. He has the distinction of being “cover boy” of Zee the most times.

Highlight of the celebration was a fashion show featuring the creations of fashion and jewelry designer Miranda Konstantinidou whose works have found their way all over the world.
