SINULOG is here and The Pig & Palm is joining the celebration. Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton is still in town and will be running the kitchen on Jan. 13 together with The Pig & Palm’s head chef, Karl Emsen. It’s going to be one Friday to remember with the music of DJ Divine Maitland-Smith to complete the revelry. The Sinulog spirit goes on up until Saturday as DJ Jen Weigel takes over and joins the party.

To kick off the festivities, Jason Atherton has whipped up a special dinner menu true to the restaurant’s signature Izakaya and tapas style of dining priced at P3,200 per head. After dinner, head on over to the bar to have a taste of The Pig & Palm’s innovative cocktail menu created by award winning Group Bar Executive for The Social Company, Jamie Jones.
