ARBITRATION VICTORY. The Philippines won't raise its recent arbitration victory against Chinese territorial claims in the South China Sea during Asian summit talks that it will host this year, Foreign Affairs Secretary Perfecto Yasay Jr. said Wednesday, January 11.
