THE sister of slain alleged drug lord Crisostomo “Tata Negro” Llaguno and an ex-police were arrested during a drug bust in Sitio Kawayan, Barangay Sambag II. Maria Victoria Llaguno Mabitag, the younger sister of Crisostomo, PO2 Ricky Espinosa, Clark Peralta and six others were arrested by agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) 7.
“They were operating two drug dens behind a laundry shop and a fruit stall,” Special Agent Arnel Pura said.
After Crisostomo’s death, his sisters allegedly took over the drug business.
Espinosa was a police officer in Ronda Police Station before he went Absent Without Leave (Awol) and was caught inside the den.
Pura considered Llaguno a high-value target considering that she was Crisostomo’s sister.
