Selling Yellow shabu, a strategy?

Selling yellow shabu is part of the marketing strategy of drug lords to attract users into buying, said Cebu City Councilor Dave Tumulak.

“They change colors so that other users will get curious to try it. We have to guard the entry points like piers and terminals to prevent these drugs from going in,” Tumulak said. He suspects that a shabu laboratory is being operated in Cebu despite the intense campaign against illegal drugs, these are still being sold. “With the amount of shabu we confiscate, how is it possible that we can still get it from drug pushers?” he said.
