THE Davao City Council passed an ordinance granting City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio the authority to sign an agreement with the Pacific Paint (Boysen) Philippines, Inc. for the repainting of pedestrian overpass, roadside railings and gutters, rotundas, park, and playgrounds and monuments.
Councilors passed the resolution and the ordinance under the suspended rules of the regular session of the 18th City Council last week.
Boysen offered to repaint the specified pedestrian overpasses with its roadside railings and gutters, identified rotundas, parks, playgrounds and monuments in the city.
The offer earned the nod from the City Council. This covers not just the materials but also the labor necessary to complete the repainting works for the pedestrian overpasses with its roadside railings and gutters, identified rotundas, parks, playgrounds and monuments. (ICT)
