LION'S DEN. A day before the second anniversary of bungled Mamasapano operation, President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday dogged the Aquino administration over the delayed justice for the 44 Special Action Forces (SAF) troopers killed in an encounter with Moro rebels.

INVOLVEMENT. Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Ronald Dela Rosa said Tuesday that seven Pampanga police were placed under restrictive custody for their alleged involvement in the robbery-extortion of three Korean nationals in Angeles City, Pampanga last December.

CHARGES. The Leyte court judge that issued search warrants against slain Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa and Raul Yap is now facing administrative charges, the Supreme Court (SC) spokesperson said Tuesday.
