THE live-in partner of a known pedophile, Peter Scully, who gained international attention after selling brutal child porn to websites, was caught by agents of the National Bureau of Investigation past noon Wednesday in Malapascua Island, Daanbantayan town, northern Cebu.
Liezyl Margallo, a native of Claveria, Misamis Oriental, became an accomplice to Scully's operation in making films of him raping and torturing children. Margallo has 16 outstanding warrant of arrests.
Scully is an Australian national who rented a compound in Cagayan de Oro with Liezyl and his other girlfriends. He was arrested last September 2014.
Scully and Margallo lure streetchildren with the promise of free education and food, hiding their real intent of making videos of sadistic child porn, which users have to pay as much as $10,000.
Scully, who was also arrested by NBI in 2015, has been jailed in Cagayan de Oro. (JOB/SunStar Cebu)
