THE Philippine Air Force (PAF) will conduct their annual recruitment for aspiring candidates from February to March this 2017.
PAF Master Sergeant Aldo Vic Tolentino told SunStar Baguio they will hold the application at the Tactical Operations Group (TOG) 1 in Loakan Airport, while examination date will be held on Feb. 23-24 at the University of Cordilleras.
Tolentino said qualifications for incoming airman/airwoman and officer candidates must be a natural born Filipino, single, never married and no legal obligation to support a child or children, at least five feet in height (152.5cm) for both gender, with good moral character, physically and mentally fit for military training.
u201cApplicants for candidate soldier (CS) program must be 18 – years – old but not a day older than 23 upon the date of admission for training on Aug. 22, 2017 with at least 72 college units,” Tolentino emphasized
In addition, applicants for Officer Candidate Course (OCC) must have finished a degree, 21 – years – old but not a day older than 29 upon admission for training on August 1, 2017.
Interested applicants are required to submit fully accomplished application form, photocopy of NSO birth certificate, photocopy of transcript of records (OTR), two 2X2 picture with white background and at least one valid ID.
Applicants who will pass the CS written examinations will be notified to report at their processing centers for physical fitness test while OCC passers will be notified to report for a special written exam.
“Both exams is going to be held at the same venue. And if you are going to apply for one, you cannot apply for the other,” Tolentino reiterated.
